    Zanshin South Gracie Jiu Jitsu is the only Authentic Gracie Jiu Jitsu (aka Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) school in Middle Georgia. Head Instructor is Black Belt Bob "Flounder" Hillis.
 Professor Hillis is the only Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt instructor in the Middle Georgia Area, on top of having four years of NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Experience with the University of Illinois. We hold Classes Five Days a Week for All Skill Levels from Beginner to Advanced and from Kids to Adult. We DO NOT have CONTRACTS, and we offer multiple payments options at affordable rates.

Professor Bob Hillis is the Head Instructor of Zanshin South Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Submission Wrestling. A Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Rickson Gracie Black Belt Eric Silver, Bob also wrestled Four Years at the NCAA Division I level with Illinois State University. Our goal at Zanshin South is to promote Gracie Jiu Jitsu ( aka Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and other Grappling arts to people of all ages and ability.  We have a Beginner Friendly Enivironment and a weekly Beginner class for smooth transitions into our Club. We have very reasonable and affordable dues, with multiple payment options. We have the strongest lineage of any Jiu Jitsu school in Middle Georgia. All of our students are tested and promoted under the guidelines of Master Rickson Gracie. Every Thursday at 6pm here at Zanshin South, we hold a Freestyle/Folkstyle Wrestling Class. This Class is open to all Members, but is especially open to any Middle, High School, or Even College level Wrestler who would like to spend more time on the mats. At Zanshin South, we have people of all Ages, Shapes, Sizes, and Ability. From BJJ competitors, MMA fighters, Law Enforcement, and people Just trying to get into shape and learn something new we are very successful at helping people reach their individual Goals.
